POST /v1/webhook/test

Deliver one signed watch.test event to the saved webhook URL. Body is an empty object. A member cannot call it.

Owner or API key. Body {}. Sends one signed event of type watch.test with an empty events array. The signature is the same as POST /v1/webhook.

400 when no URL is saved. A member is 403. The call reports whether the delivery was accepted. A failed delivery does not roll anything back. There was nothing to roll back.
