TOOL get_device

MCP tool that fetches one public device by UDI-DI, including certificate dates when the register publishes them.

No auth. Argument udi is required. Same record as lookup_udi and GET /v1/devices/{udi}.

The text is one JSON object. Parse result.content[0].text. A missing device is found: false in that object. It is not an HTTP 404. The call itself is POST /mcp.
