TOOL lookup_udi

MCP tool that fetches one public device by UDI-DI. Same record as get_device and GET /v1/devices/{udi}.

No auth. Argument udi is required. This is an alias of get_device. The payload matches GET /v1/devices/{udi}, including certs when a date is published.

A UDI that is not in the rows we could read comes back as found: false inside the text, not as HTTP 404. HTTP 404 is the REST route. The call itself is POST /mcp.
