TOOL get_actor

MCP tool that fetches one manufacturer SRN and the first page of its public devices. Argument srn is required.

No auth. Argument srn is required. Same object as GET /v1/actors/{srn}: name, country, status, device_total, and one page of devices. This tool does not take status, risk, or page.

An unknown SRN is still a normal result with a thin record, not an HTTP error. The call itself is POST /mcp.
