API key or session

GET /v1/watches

List watches on the account. An expired account can still read the list. Each row is one UDI-DI or one SRN.

kind is udi or srn. certificate and cert_expiry are the first certificate in the snapshot that has that field, or empty. last_error is the last read failure. The snapshot is kept.
