PATCH /v1/watches/{id}

Rename a watch. Body is label. The id has to belong to the account. A missing watch is 404.

Auth. Body {"label"}. Changes the label you see. It does not change the subject and it does not re-read the register.

Returns {"watch": {…}}. A watch that is not on this account is 404. A non-numeric id is 400.
