TOOL sync_watches

MCP tool that re-reads every watch and returns only new diffs. No arguments. Same object as POST /v1/sync.

Active account. No arguments. Same object as POST /v1/sync: synced, events, error. An empty events array means the baseline held.

A per-watch read failure stays on that watch as last_error. An expired account comes back as isError: true, not HTTP 402. The call itself is POST /mcp.
