Revoke an API key by id. Revoked keys fail closed. Watches stay. Sessions keep working.

Owner or API key. Sets revoked_at. Revoked keys fail closed. Watches stay on the account. You may revoke every key. Sessions keep working.

The response is the account object, with that key marked revoked. A member is 403. A non-numeric id is 400.
